Leaving a copy of messages on the server (ie your SuffolkWeb INBOX) is not recommended as mail will accumulate in the INBOX and impact on your mail delivery. If you do need to access your SuffolkWeb INBOX from other locations, then be sure messages in the INBOX are deleted periodically or deleted when you delete them from your primary computer.
