Because of the large number of computer operating systems and mail programs, the following is intended as a supplemental review and requires that the user has created a SuffolkWeb mail account in the computer’s mail program and knows the basics of the mail program and the location for reviewing and confirming the SuffolkWeb properties.

Leaving a copy of messages on the server (ie your SuffolkWeb INBOX) is not
recommended as mail will accumulate in the INBOX and impact on your mail
delivery. If you do need to access your SuffolkWeb INBOX from other locations,
then be sure messages in the INBOX are deleted periodically or deleted when
you delete them from your primary computer.
