Marty Jacobson has amassed multiple careers as a teacher, a soccer coach and author. In his book, “Becoming Coach Jake”, he relates how he assisted hundreds of homeless immigrants by providing parentless children with an opportunity to gain some direction in the classroom and on the field. He compiled an unmatched coaching record at Martin Luther King HS in Brooklyn after overcoming many adversities. Join us and hear this absorbing story told by a remarkable man.
