Colors of Spring: Cultural Fair

All organizations receive a 6-foot exhibitor table and two chairs provided by the library. Space is limited and reserved on a first come, first served basis. Set-up begins at 12 PM. Exhibitors must be ready by 1 PM and stay until 3 PM. Exhibitors are asked to unload and load their own materials.

Please note: exhibitors may not promote religious worship. No admission fees may be charged by the Group, no donations may be solicited, nor may any items, products or services be sold by any Group. Exhibitor tables will not be granted for fundraising or partisan political campaigning purposes.

The event is free, open to the public, set up in a fair format and is geared to celebrating the diversity of the community. In partnership with the HHH PTA Council. Deadline for submission: April 12.
