Presented by the Alzheimer Disease Resource Center 

(Melville) 

A monthly caregiver support group for community members who are impacted by having a loved one living with Alzheimer's Disease or other dementias. Caregiver support groups provide family care partners with the emotional support, education and guidance they need to better understand the disease and manage the changes in their loved ones and the impact on themselves. Open to all.

This program will take place at the Melville Branch, 510 Sweet Hollow Road.
