In this demonstration, learn how to make cheese and other dairy products such as yogurt and sour cream with basic kitchen equipment. The class will conclude with a tasting of each product. 

Supplies are limited to in-class participation only.

This program will take place in-person at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. Must be registered to attend.
