Birth-age 17 months with a parent or caregiver
Read a story, sing songs, play with scarves and have fun with bubbles while meeting other babies and their caregivers. District Residents Only.
Programs may be photographed/videotaped for library publicity. Notify library staff if you prefer not to have your child or yourself photographed.
