Join us as we read The First State of Being by Erin Entrada Kelly! Books will be available at the teen desk starting on January 6.
In August 1999, twelve-year-old Michael Rosario’s life in Red Knot, Delaware, feels ordinary—until a disoriented teen named Ridge appears, claiming to be the world’s first time traveler. As Ridge explores 1999 with wide-eyed wonder, Michael learns he possesses a book detailing the next twenty years. Consumed by curiosity and fear of the future, Michael becomes determined to get the book—no matter the cost.
