No summer is complete without a great BBQ, but a Mexican BBQ is something different. Learn how to marinate chicken and beef to make carne asada.

Supplies are limited to in-class participation only.

Payment for this program can be made online with a credit card or you may register in person at Dix Hills or Melville Circulation with cash, check or credit card.

This program will take place at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. Must be registered to attend.
