Inclement Weather Notice

Due to the upcoming inclement weather, the library is closed Sunday, February 22 and Monday, February 23.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes except for Monday night Zumba will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens.

Libby Prison was a wretched facility, located along the famed "Tobacco Row" in Richmond, the capital of the Confederacy. It's notorious reputation was well earned, it housed the highest-ranking Union officers and treated them abysmally. The prison was used for propaganda purposes by the Confederacy. Learn how a large group of men managed the most remarkable and largest prison break in American history.
