Cost: $205 (nonrefundable)

Board your dining car at the historic Essex Station and savor a three-course lunch on board a restored 1920s Pullman dining car! At Deep River Landing transfer to the Becky Thatcher Riverboat for a scenic cruise on the Connecticut River. Cost includes 3-course lunch, all admission fees, deluxe motor coach and gratuities.

Entree Choices: 

  • Beef Short Rib with root vegetable puree and seasonal vegetables

  • Chicken Cacciatore over jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables

  • Roasted Portabella Mushroom roasted red pepper & fresh mozzarella bruschetta

Each entree includes Local Greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and croutons salad, roll and chef’s choice dessert. All three entrees can be Gluten Free and or Dairy Free (Roasted Portabella option would be without the mozzarella).

Registration for residents begins 2/2 at 10 AM. 
Nonresident registration begins 2/24 at 10 AM.

Payment for this program can be made online with a valid library card and credit card, or you may register in person at Dix Hills or Melville Circulation with cash, check or credit card. Payment due at time of registration.
