Make the ricotta and pumpkin-based gnocchi-based pasta while Judy demonstrates a delicious primavera sauce. Please bring a mixing bowl, cutting board and mixing spoon to class. District Residents Only. 

Payment for this program can be made online with a credit card or you may register in person at Dix Hills or Melville Circulation with cash, check or credit card.

This program will take place in-person at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. Must be registered to attend.
