Inclement Weather Notice

Due to the upcoming inclement weather, the library is closed Sunday, February 22 and Monday, February 23.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes except for Monday night Zumba will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens.

NYC - Holidays & History Come Together. Visit historic Gracie Mansion, the official residence of the Mayor of New York and home to Mayor’s & merchants for over 200 years! Enjoy a docent led tour followed by a delightful tea & light refreshments! Afterwards, enjoy some leisure time taking in the holiday atmosphere at Bryant Park Winter Village with festive shopping & food available!

Cost: $160 (nonrefundable)

Registration with a valid library card begins Monday, October 16 at 10 for residents & Wednesday, October 18 for non-residents.

Payment for this program can be made online with a credit card or you may register in person at Dix Hills or Melville Circulation with cash, check or credit card. Payment due at time of registration.
