Inclement Weather Notice

Due to the upcoming inclement weather, the library is closed Sunday, February 22 and Monday, February 23.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes except for Monday night Zumba will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens.

Event Details

Authors John Aldridge and Anthony Sosinski, recipients of the 2023 Long Island Reads Selection Award, will discuss their book A Speck in the Sea: A Story of Survival and Rescue. Free tickets to attend in person at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway are available beginning Saturday, April 1 via the Long Island Reads website: https://longislandreads.wordpress.com/ Tickets are required.

The event will also be livestreamed. If you register through the HHH Library, you will be registered to receive the Zoom link and will not be able to attend in-person. Please check the Long Island Reads website for more details. Open to All.
