Inclement Weather Notice

Due to the upcoming inclement weather, the library is closed Sunday, February 22 and Monday, February 23.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes except for Monday night Zumba will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens.

Please continue to check the website for delays and closures.

The Mothers Club of Wheatley Heights, Inc., Concerned Fathers Association, Inc. and Half Hollow Hills Community Library present poetry, music and songs honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Open to all. 

In collaboration with Assemblywoman Kimberly Jean-Pierre, everyone attending the event is encouraged to participate in bringing donations. All donations will support New Hope, Hope for Youth, and the Resurrection House.

Items needed for families:
Toiletries, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, deodorants, lotions; shaving products/creams, feminine hygiene products, toothpaste, deodorant, sneakers, sweatshirts, sweatpants, underwear

This program will take place in the Lecture Hall at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. 

Programs may be photographed/videotaped for library publicity. Notify library staff if you prefer not to have your child or yourself photographed.
