Inclement Weather Notice

Due to the upcoming inclement weather, the library is closed Sunday, February 22 and Monday, February 23.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes except for Monday night Zumba will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens.

Families of All Ages

Sing-along to many sea chanteys, songs of the sea, traditional maritime ballads, and forebitters (songs for fun) -- plus explanations of the many words and phrases still in common use that have come down to us from the sea. Please register one spot per family and let us know how many members will be attending in the note field. 

This program will take place in the Lecture Hall at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. 

Doors open 15 minutes before the program. Must be seated by 2 PM to guarantee your spot. At that time, available seats given on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are unable to attend please notify the library so we may give your spot to the waitlist.
