Join us for a conversation with James Beard sward winning podcast host, author, and pasta shape inventor Dan Pashman. Dan will discuss his new pasta shape, "castatelli" and bestselling cookbook Anything's Pastable: 81 Inventive Pasta Recipes for Saucy People. Open to all.
