Due to the inclement weather, the library is closed on Tuesday, February 24.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens via hhhlibrary.org only.

Bus leaves promptly at 7:15 AM from the Melville Building, 510 Sweet Hollow Road, Melville, NY 11747

A licensed NYC guide provides a comprehensive experience of American immigration history including orientation at Ellis Island and ancestral search assistance before beginning your self-guided audio tour of this National Park. Lunch included. Registration begins 2/29 at 10 AM. 

Cost: $145 (nonrefundable)

Registration with a valid library card begins Thursday, 2/29 at 10 am for residents & Friday, 3/1 for non-residents.

Payment for this program can be made online with a credit card or you may register in person at Dix Hills or Melville Circulation with cash, check or credit card. Payment due at time of registration.
