Due to the inclement weather, the library is closed on Tuesday, February 24.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens via hhhlibrary.org only.

Bus leaves promptly at 7:30 AM from the Melville Building, 510 Sweet Hollow Road, Melville, NY 11747

Enjoy a narrated cruise of the Thimble Islands and learn their mysterious history. Located off the shoreline town of Stony Creek, CT., the Thimble Islands are described as a "piece of the Maine coast that drifted into the Long Island Sound and came to rest at Stony Creek". Visit the Shore Line Trolley Museum and enjoy a ride as well as a museum tour. Lunch included.

A Meal Count is needed. Please indicate your meal choice from the following list at time of registration in the box provided on the registration form. Choose one:

Registration begins Thursday, 4/3 at 10 am for residents & Friday, 4/4 at 10 am for non-residents.

Payment for this program can be made online with a valid library card and credit card, or you may register in person at Dix Hills or Melville Circulation with cash, check or credit card. Payment due at time of registration.
