Due to the upcoming inclement weather, the library is closed on Tuesday, February 24.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens via hhhlibrary.org only.

Get ready for Monday, April 8, if the weather is fair, you should have no difficulty observing a partial or even total eclipse of the sun. Examine the mechanics of what causes eclipses as well how you can safely observe this astronomical event. 

Open to all. 

This program will take place through Zoom and you can watch it in our Lecture Hall, Room 111 in the Dix Hills Building.
