All tickets - including Member tickets, complimentary tickets, and pre-paid pass tickets – must be reserved online in advance of your visit.
Tickets are timed entry to limit capacity. Time slots are available from 10 am to 4 pm, now through 11/19/21. Please note that same-day reservations and certain time slots may be unavailable due to limited capacity.
Please try to arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time. Ticket reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Payment for tickets can be made at the Public Services Department at Dix Hills or Melville. Acceptable forms of payment include checks, credit cards , or cash. Please call 631-421-4530 for details and availability.
