Sublimation Printing / Heat Press

Sublimation Printing / Heat Press

Our Dix Hills branch has an Epson ET-15000 sublimation printer available for HHHCL patron-use.

A sublimation printer is used to print designs which can then be transferred to polyester materials such as T-Shirts or other apparel and specially coated ceramic mugs.

We also have a Cricut Autopress, Mug Press, Easy Press and Mini Press available for use.

A Heat Press transfers your designs to your desired materials, such as T-Shirts or other apparel, and ceramic mugs.

Design Possibilities

Any design within the constraints of our Makerspace Policy can be designed for use with the Sublimation Printer. Patrons must bring in their own sublimation paper, it is not supplied or available for purchase at the Library.  Supplies for the Heat Press such as parchment paper are provided by the Library.
