Inclement Weather Notice

Due to the upcoming inclement weather, the library is closed Sunday, February 22 and Monday, February 23.

All community groups and programs are canceled. All fitness classes except for Monday night Zumba will continue virtually.

Resident March/April Fitness Registration
has been moved to Wednesday, February 25 at 10:00 AM.

Non‑Resident Fitness Registration
has been moved to Thursday, February 26 at 10:00 AM.

Registration for all other March events
will continue on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:00 AM for adults and 6:00 PM for children and teens.

Grades K-5

It's that time of the year! Children in grades K-5 are invited to submit their original designs to our "Design a Bookmark Contest." Winning entries will be chosen for display for each month of 2022. Children entering must have their own library card. Limit 2 entries per child. Click on the link to the right under "Attachments" for the entry form. Completed bookmark entry forms will be accepted from January 3 through January 21 at either Chestnut Hill or Melville or have your child bring it to their school librarian.
